product arrived with broken parts but since it has been installed and LG puts the ONLY serial number in a place that it cannot be accessed when installed and they wont even give you the time of day without it. Im not impressed at all

The burner head buckle gone after one month use the over all functionality and quality needs improvements. The best thing was the customer service department response and they agreed to replace the burner heads.

bought this cook top in august and after about a week had an igniter problem call service twice after spending 3 hours on hold got no help called back spoke to lady Named HONEY and she was of great help and got service scheduled tech showed up when was scheduled thought we had solved problem took 2 more trips to correct fault not service tech fault and he was getting instructions from some on phone. finally he solved and got right part shipped and installed service tech was Chris Wilkerston would recommend him anytime
