Cabinets

Front Frame: 3/4” Thick kiln dried solid hardwood. Bore and dowel construction frame joinery reinforced with glue and nail.

End Panels: Nominal1/2” thick multi‐ply plywood. End panels are inserted into dado in face frame.

Top/Bottom Panels: 1/2” thick multi‐ply hardwood plywood. Top and bottoms set into grooved end panels, and front rails glued and stapled. Bottoms are supported at rear and front of base cabinets by ½” thick multi‐ply plywood.

Hanging Rails: Wall cabinets have 1/2” x 2 3/8” high multi‐ply hardwood plywood. Each is running full cabinet length on all sides. Base cabinets have a nominal 1/2” thick x 2 3/8” high multi‐ply plywood hang rail on all sides of the cabinet.

Back Panel: 1/8” thick plywood securely glued and stapled to end panels and hang rails. Back panels are fully captured on wall and base cabinets.

Shelves: Nominal 5/8″ thick (15mm) multi‐ply hardwood plywood, with hardwood veneer banded front edge. Shelves are adjustable in all standard wall and base cabinets.

Toe Kick: Nominal 1/2″ thick (12mm) multi‐ply hardwood plywood. Toe kick is 4″ high.

Base Corner Braces: High impact brass braces.

Drawers: Nominal 1/2″ thick (12mm) hardwood front, back, and sides, with dovetail construction. Drawer bottoms are nominal 1/4″ thick multi‐ply hardwood inserted into dado in front, back, and sides. All drawer parts nailed together.

Soft-close Undermount Drawer Glides: High quality steel, undermount construction provides soft‐close feature that helps reduce drawer slamming. Drawers are full extension, self-adjusting in mounting brackets. Built‐in stop, self‐closing and stay closed features with a 75 lb. rated load capacity.

Hinges: Heavy duty, high quality steel, concealed 6‐way adjustable hinge (soft close attachment upgradeable.)

Finish: Furniture quality protective finish system on doors, drawer fronts, front frames and veneer plywood end panels consisting of sanding, stain, catalyzed sealer and catalyzed clear top coats. All interior end, top, bottom and back panels are finished plywood with clear sealer and top coat.
