Cancel Order or Change Order

Cancellations

Cancellations usually take 24-48 hours to process. Please understand that we need to be in touch with our fulfillment warehouse to ensure your order has not shipped. Once your order has been confirmed cancelled from our warehouse, you will receive your refund. If the order ships before you cancel, you can refuse the item or return it, please see returns for more information. Some items may not apply.

 

Promotions on Canceled Orders

When you cancel an item, your order no longer qualifies for any promotions or quantity discounts. As a result, your order total will be recalculated, and there may be additional charges to your credit card.

 

Credit Card Authorizations & Special Orders
 

Upon placing an online order, we verify the availability of sufficient credit on your credit card. The card is then charged when the order is proccessed. On special order items we do not hold authorizations, the full amount must be proccessed at the time of ordering.

You can cancel or return special order items. A restocking fee of 15% to 30% will be automatically applied if special order items are returned opened and nondefective. See ask your rep about your item for more info.

 

Custom Orders

Custom orders made specially for you are non-returnable. Custom Order items are items where a customer specifies particular characteristics (e.g. finish, color, size) or where a manufacturer produces based on individual requests.

 

Overview

  • In some cases special,custom ordered items may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned
  • Home and Kitchen appliances, Personal Care items, and any Used items are non-returnable including other items where indicated. 
  • All sales are final for these items. In the event that any of these items are defective, they may be returned to the respective authorized service centers for repair or replacement at the option of the manufacturer.  These items cannot be returned to the merchant.
  • You may cancel your order and receive a full refund provided your order has NOT been added to the shipping queue and has not been shipped by our warehouse, a partner warehouse or the manufacturer.  Please keep in mind MOST orders are shipped the same day they are received.
  • Once an item is shipped or added to the shipping queue the terms of our Returns Policy will take effect.
