The E series Magic Chef Commercial 24 in. wide thermostatic countertop griddle is an efficient addition to a commercial kitchen. The cooking surface in total is an ample 465.4 sq. in. The temperature probe is embedded for more accurate cooking performance. Back and side splashes are stainless steel and are designed to help keep your work environment cleaner. Easy to clean grease trap. 4 in legs allow you to customize the height according to your food preparation needs. LP kit for the Propane conversion kit is included.
